Niklas Krütten produced an impressive display in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe in Misano. Together with his Australian team-mate Calan Williams, the 20-year-old from Trier won the Gold Cup in the second race of the weekend.

Niklas Krütten enjoyed a successful debut at the opening round of this season’s Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe: in Monza, the 20-year-old WRT driver from Trier and his team-mates Jean-Baptiste Simmenauer (FRA) and Calan Williams (AUS) battled their way to third place in the Gold Cup.
Niklas Krütten is set to take on a new challenge: Following his debut season in the ADAC GT Masters in 2022, in which he finished runner-up in the Junior competition, the driver from Trier will this year line up in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe.
Podium for Niklas Krütten in the ADAC GT Masters: on Saturday, the 20-year-old from Trier celebrated third place in the Junior standings together with his British team-mate Ben Green. At the Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg, the Schubert Motorsport driver also recorded two top-ten results in the final races of the season.
