German racing driver Niklas Kruetten made a strong impression in his first season in the prestigious Japanese Super GT Series. The 21-year-old motorsport talent secured the title of Best Rookie of the 2024 season with consistently strong performances and an outstanding top-5 finish.
After several successful years in GT racing in Europe, Kruetten made the move to the Super GT Series for the 2024 season. From the very first race, he demonstrated his skill and adaptability. Partnering with BMW M Team Studie, he proved his talent on some of Japan’s most challenging circuits, including Suzuka, Fuji, and Motegi. His speed, tactical intelligence, and consistent performance not only earned him top results but also significant recognition in the international motorsport world. |
